These terms apply when you use websites, apps, the Sonix Tech Academy and the WhatsApp channel run by Sonix International. By using them you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Give correct details and keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Technicians and partners

Technician registration and partner status are subject to approval by Sonix. Certificates show completion of Sonix training; they are not a government licence.

Orders

Prices, availability, warranty and returns are as shown on the invoice or product page at the time of order. GST is charged as applicable.

WhatsApp messages

By messaging us you agree to receive replies and service updates. Offers are sent only with your consent; reply STOP to opt out.

Content

Course material, videos and brand assets belong to Sonix. Do not copy or share them outside the academy without permission.

Liability

We work to keep our services available and accurate but cannot guarantee they will be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
