How to delete your data

You can ask Sonix International to delete the personal information we hold about you — including your WhatsApp conversations with us, your contact and vehicle details, and your Sonix Tech Academy account.

Ask for deletion

1. Send DELETE MY DATA on WhatsApp to +91 99882 21851 from the number you used with us.
2. If you have a Sonix account, you can also ask your relationship manager, or write the same request through the call-back form.
3. We confirm it is really you (by replying to that same number) and then delete your data within 30 days. We message you when it is done.

Only want to stop messages?

Reply STOP on WhatsApp. We stop sending you offers right away, and keep only what is needed for orders you already placed.

What we may have to keep

Invoices, payment and tax records are kept for the period required by Indian law (currently at least 6 years), and then deleted. Certificates already issued may remain verifiable by their certificate number, without your contact details.
